Parwest Residence, in Puntacana Village, is a cozy 30-apartment building, currently under construction, with a rooftop pool, kids zone, grand open terrace, and bar area. In addition, it has a cardio gym and pilates/yoga station on the 3rd floor.

The entrance has a double-height ceiling reception and elevator. The parking lots are outside, on the lateral and back sides of the building, with two assigned parking for the two-bedroom apartments available.

The delivery date summer 2024.

The payment plan is:
Reservation deposit of US$5,000
Complete 10% upon siginig
40% during construction
50% upon delivery.
